Refund Policy

Orders:
All sales are final. Refunds for items purchased from our store are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed

 

Tickets:
If you’re unable to attend an event, please email us at livscreativeescapes@gmail.com at least 48 hours in advance to request a refund or a credit toward a future event—whichever you prefer.
Refunds or credits will not be issued within 48 hours of the event. However, tickets are transferable, so feel free to send a friend in your place if you can’t make it.
Please allow 10–12 business days for any approved refund to appear in your account.

 

If an event is cancelled by Liv’s Creative Escapes, full refunds will be provided.
